Will Call Customers

may use the following form to request a refill.

We require a minimum of 7 business days’ notice, so if your tank is less than 30% full,
please contact our office.  Additionally, if you need a quote, please contact our office or complete the Quote Request form on our homepage.

** PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR EMERGENCIES. **

ATTENTION WILL CALL CUSTOMERS

If you choose to be a Will Call customer, you are responsible for monitoring the amount of propane in the tank and calling us to have propane delivered.  PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR WILL-CALL POLICY.

It can take up to 10 business days for us to work a delivery into our schedule, so please let us know when your tank gets to about 30% full, to avoid incurring additional fees.

If notice is less than 7 working days, and a special delivery during business hours is required, a $150 Special Trip Charge will be payable at the time of delivery.  If a delivery has to be scheduled after normal business hours, a $200 After Hours Charge will be assessed at the time of delivery.

Additionally, as required by regulation, if your tank runs out of gas you must be home at the time of delivery for us to do a leak test on your system, and re-light any pilots.  As a Will Call customer, an additional $95 fee will be charged for Out-Of-Gas service.

Request an Upgrade to Auto Route Delivery

To prevent out-of-gas situations and avoid possible extra fees, we encourage all non-route customers to consider upgrading to automatic route delivery.
