As a Will Call customer, you are responsible for monitoring your propane tank level and scheduling your deliveries.

Delivery Times

Standard:
Typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

Winter (Nov–Mar):
During the heating season, deliveries may take up to 10 business days due to higher demand. Severe weather or temporary office closures may further impact delivery schedules as we adjust to protect our drivers and customers. As a Will Call customer, it’s important to monitor tank levels and weather conditions and place orders well in advance to allow for potential delays.

As a Will Call customer, it is your responsibility to monitor propane levels and weather conditions that may impact delivery times.

During the heating season, deliveries may take up to 10 business days due to higher demand. Severe weather or temporary office closures may further impact delivery schedules as we adjust operations to protect our drivers and customers.

As a Will Call customer, please be aware that running out of propane requires additional steps for your safety, including a mandatory leak check and re-lighting of pilots. These services must be completed while someone is home.

In the event of an Out-of-Gas situation, expedited delivery – such as Same-Day, Next-Day, or After-Hours service – is subject to availability (dependent upon weather, demand, and routing constraints) and will result in additional charges.
